Molecule  Process

LWS began the project with a mix of source inspiration and prompted imagery to get a feel for the client’s aesthetic preferences. Prompted images are always a conversation starting point, and never a destination. In this case, we became more interested in the idea of texture and the edges of things, vs. a head-on illustrative approach. This early choice informed the entirety of our 3-month work.
